We are recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation in the financial services sector who are seeking a Credit Liaison Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, ideally with experience in a regulated environment. You must be available to start on Monday, 23rd June 2025

Role Overview:

As a Credit Liaison Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact between clients, creditors, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely communication to support customers in managing their financial arrangements. This is a pivotal role requiring a high level of empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with creditors regarding client accounts and payment arrangements
2. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all correspondence and actions taken
3. Respond to creditor and client queries by phone, email, and letter
4. Work closely with internal departments to ensure information is aligned and up-to-date.
5. Comply with all regulatory guidelines, policies, and data protection standards

The ideal candidate will have:

6. Previous administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a financial or regulated environment
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
10. Confidence in using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
11. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
