As Lead Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a brand-new mobile app - defining the vision, strategy and roadmap from day one. This is a true 0–1 role where you’ll operate with the autonomy of a business owner, driving key metrics such as engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
What are they looking for?
* Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager / Lead, with a track record of owning and launching 0-1 mobile apps
* Fintech experience would be highly desirable
* Solid technical understanding, with experience working closely with mobile engineers (iOS/Android)
* Strong product intuition and first-principles thinking, comfortable defining products from scratch in ambiguous environments
* Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes
* Experience building, leading or mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise high-impact initiatives and make clear trade-offs
* Data-driven approach, comfortable defining metrics, analysing performance and iterating quickly
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
