Business Development and Marketing Operations Manager
Full time: Permanent
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our client’s BD, Marketing, and Communications teams, allowing them to focus on growing their brand and client relationships. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for optimising workflows and hands-on experience with automation projects. Centralise, maintain, and optimise data sources to ensure accurate, up-to-date content for: Pitches, Marketing materials and assets, Legal directories, Presentations and Sales support tools.
High-volume, process-driven tasks in marketing, BD, and communications, Legal directories and Pitching.
Enhance data capture and management to support these processes and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with other business services teams to optimise workflows involving cross-departmental data.
Skilled at managing cross-functional, global project teams to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to metrics, with a focus on measurement and monitoring.
Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Actively maintains internal networks and stays informed about business context and industry trends.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with expertise in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Solid understanding of how BD and marketing teams operate within professional services.
