Salary £45K - £55K DoE Car allowance £4,800This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager already selling manufacturing solutions and automated machinery. The Role Mix of internal sales and customer-facing sales, targeting new, past, and existing customers Working closely with Head of Sales for the preparation of customer proposals, negotiation of pricing Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive opportunities Lead in-person meetings/presentations Sell to with major manufacturers and globally recognised OEMs Identify and follow up leads for new business opportunities Provide input and support marketing initiatives and trade shows to actively promote the companyWhilst this isn't a highly target-focused sales job, we do require someone to be proactive. Requirements Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, automation solutions HNC or graduate degree in engineering; electrical, mechanical, automation, business or mechatronics - essential Previous technical sales experience - internal sales, field sales engineer, technical sales, account manager - beneficial Confident, proactive, technically competent Full driving licence Experience selling into the automotive, medical or food manufacturing industry is beneficialPackage Salary £45K - £55K DoE Car allowance £4,800 25 days holiday Hours 38 per week.
