A growing housing developer is seeking a Sales Advisor for a new development in Rugby, offering up to £38,000 with an uncapped commission scheme. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress to Sales Manager within 2 years.
Job Duties:
* Assist customers in the purchase of properties within the new development
* Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options
* Nurture leads and follow up with potential buyers
* Negotiate and close sales deals
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the development
Required Qualifications:
* Valid Driving Licence
* Proven experience in sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in property sales - either new build or estate agents
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at the new development in Northamptonshire. Regular working hours with occasional weekends may be required. Travel to other locations for training or meetings may also be necessary.
