All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full Time Permanent Customer Services Advisor / Booking Clerk to assist within a busy, small, friendly and well-established technical team. Whilst youll be given full training on the companys product range, you will be ordering parts required for engineer installation so it would be beneficial if you are happy reading and writing technical terms Salary: £up to £26500 Dependent Upon Experience, plus benefits Start Date : ASAP subject to interview and references Location: Northampton Hours of work: Core hours Monday Friday 08.30 17.00, 40 hours a week Our client: Reputable and highly regarded business who goes the extra mile for their customers and staff. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Take orders for sales of new products and replacement parts Booking delivery times and arranging installation and repair visits Order stock in readiness for installations Answering basic technical enquiries and processing basic technical data Handling enquiries regarding stock enquiries, prices, and distribution services Email administration and sending quotes and invoices to customers Assisting with invoicing problems and queries basic accounts admin Data entry and updating inhouse systems and customer database Maintaining and managing all related administrative tasks and duties Essential skills and experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills A reliable proactive team player who goes above and beyond Confident and friendly telephone manner and good sense of humour Previous experience working in a busy office environment Good general IT skills to including responding to emails Ability to use database systems training given This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and well-established brand that goes above and beyond.
