Job description
The post holder will maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our services users and their care.
Responsibilities
* Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
* Be Health and Safety aware to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.
* Working efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to approach patient care.
* Participation in ward meetings.
* Adhere to infection control policies and maintain ward cleanliness.
* Maintain and develop good professional relationships with residents, colleagues and visitors.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Basic IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
* Eligibility to work in UK.
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Desirable Skills
* Health care experience not essential but it is desirable.
