Occupational Therapist - DFG (part time 22.5 hrs/pw)

You will work closely with colleagues across Adult Social Care, housing partners, contractors and Housing Associations, contributing to creative, person‑centred solutions that make a real and lasting difference to residents’ independence and wellbeing.
Main Duties of the Job
* Undertake person‑centred assessments to identify housing adaptations that promote safety, independence and long‑term wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with service users, colleagues and partners to develop and progress DFG solutions
* Contribute specialist OT knowledge to multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions and service development
* Produce clear, evidence‑based reports and recommendations to support DFG applications and adaptation specifications
* Maintain accurate electronic records in line with professional and organisational standards
* Engage fully in supervision, appraisal and ongoing professional development
* Practice in accordance with council policies and the HCPC Code of Conduct and Standards of Proficiency
All successful candidates for this role will be subject to a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check as part of our pre‑employment checks process.

£28,826 to £30,097 a year pro‑rata for 22.5 hours per week.
