The Role:
The highly rated commercial property team is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a varied and diverse caseload of high-quality and complex commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and leases. The role also involves business development activities to further grow the team.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have excellent legal knowledge, a commercial and analytical mindset, and the ability to provide practical advice tailored to clients' needs. You should be able to think clearly under pressure, write concisely, and play an active role in marketing and practice development. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE gained within a leading regional, city, or national practice recognized for their commercial property offerings. A network of contacts able to instruct on future matters is highly desirable.
