🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial & Corporate (Life Sciences)

We’re looking for an experienced lawyer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with business teams to enable smart, compliant decision‑making.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in providing strategic legal support across the business, including:
• Advising senior leadership and internal teams on a broad range of legal matters • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (IT, SLAs, MSAs, supply agreements and more) • Supporting the development and improvement of internal policies and processes • Identifying and mitigating legal risks in third‑party relationships • Collaborating with Procurement, Finance, IT, Compliance and other stakeholders to drive business objectives • Handling ad hoc corporate, commercial, regulatory and occasional litigation matters
🎓 What we’re looking for
• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or another common‑law jurisdiction) • 6+ years PQE, ideally with in‑house experience in life sciences or FMCG • Strong commercial contracting experience • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills • Pragmatic, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to balance risk and business needs
