About the Role:
Veritas Education are currently seeking reliable and hardworking School Cleaners to join our partner primary and secondary schools across the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, casual work with the potential for ongoing placements.
As a School Cleaner, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
Following health and safety guidelines and school cleaning procedures
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a school or similar environment)
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
