We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a motivated Receptionist to join an Outstanding Secondary School in Sutton starting ASAP. You will support a high-achieving environment, providing clerical services to students and staff.
About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working Monday and Tuesday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only).
* Operate the visitor management system and vet all guests.
* Manage student queries regarding uniform and lost property.
* Draft school-wide correspondence and the monthly digital newsletter.
* Update the school’s digital calendar and notice boards.

Requirements
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Salary and Benefits £26,129 – £29,808 per annum, pro-rata. Benefits include on-site parking and a generous pension scheme.
