Job Description:
* Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations
* Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
* Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes.

* Must have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business
* Proven experience root cause investigations for product quality
* Machining/Fabrication experience (Desirable)
