Job Introduction
As a Fashion Producer in a campus-centric role, you will support and oversee daily BAU Photostudio resourcing, from call sheets to finding new talent. You need to be confident in building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and experienced in multi-tasking. Outside of e-commerce BAU, you will lead end-to-end Production on Site Fulfilment shoots that are briefed into our work stream – including In-house Stills and Reasons to Visit shoots.
This opportunity is suited for someone who has previously worked in an e-commerce fashion studio with excellent knowledge of scheduling, planning, budgeting, and thrives in a fast-paced reactive environment.
Reporting to the Fashion Production Manager, this role requires a team player eager to learn, capable of quickly grasping new information and systems. Flexibility, learning agility, and the ability to think outside the box to bring new ideas to the team are essential.
Responsibilities
* Produce Reason to Visit shoots from start to finish, including reports.
* Enhance fashion workflow efficiency, maximize productivity, and perform system sweeps.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Ready-to-wear & Still-life priorities and launches, including dropping key dates in the calendar through critical paths and go-live planning.
* Oversee capacity planning during off-peak periods.
* Submit and follow up on Photostudio consumables and equipment orders.
* Support Photography Manager with repairs, including arranging POs and couriers.
* Conduct weekly and month-end reporting and manage cost trackers.
* Identify opportunities to improve studio workflows.
* Capture Weekly Detail Reports.
* Lead Call Sheet meetings, ensuring sufficient options are available when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in an e-commerce environment.
* Experience in a fashion studio, with video experience beneficial.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Creative Force is a plus.
* Highly process and productivity-driven.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
* Extensive industry contacts and recommendations are advantageous.
* Passionate about and knowledgeable of the photographic and fashion industries.
