Responsibilities
* Operating equipment and processes per Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
* Keeping work areas clean and organised throughout and at the end of shifts.
* Accurately updating Hourly Production records.
* Reporting hazardous practices, equipment, or near-miss incidents.
* Meeting quality and productivity targets as part of a team.

* Follow Procedures Precisely – Stick to Standard Working Practices and Operating Procedures to ensure safety and consistency.
* Maintain Cleanliness – Keep your work area tidy during and after shifts to support efficiency and safety.
* Be Accurate and Timely – Log production data correctly and report issues promptly to avoid delays or errors.
* Stay Safety-Focused – Always be aware of hazards and report any unsafe conditions or near misses immediately.
* Work as a Team Player – Cooperate with colleagues to meet daily quality and productivity targets smoothly.
