We're seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to support our client on local authority infrastructure and capital projects. This role will involve managing projects under NEC contracts, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage projects in accordance with NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks
* Act as the Project Manager under NEC contracts, fulfilling all contractual duties
* Oversee project delivery from initiation through to completion
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
* Identify, assess, and manage risks and early warnings in line with NEC processes
* Review and manage compensation events and change control procedures
* Ensure compliance with programme requirements and monitor contractor performance
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners
* Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and governance boards
* Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across all project activities
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an NEC Project Manager on public sector or xsngvjr infrastructure projects
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
* Demonstrable experience managing budgets and complex project programmes
* Experience handling compensation events, early warnings, and contract administration
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced local authority environment
