2. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday only with breaks
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer or Stripper Fitter seeking a new challenge? Our reputable client is looking to recruit a skilled individual to join their team in Guildford on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum and provides a fantastic working environment within a leading automotive dealership.

5. Working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with flexible start times available between 7am to 4pm

Duties:
9. Conduct spray painting and alloy wheel refurbishment with precision and care
10. Perform smart repairs using advanced repair pods and technology
11. Handle strip and fitter duties where necessary, supporting the overall repair process
12. Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction at all times
13. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
14. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient servicing
Requirements:
15. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer and Stripper Fitter in a vehicle bodyshop or dealership environment
16. Skilled in alloy wheel refurbishment and paint spraying techniques
17. Knowledge of Smart Repair procedures and industry equipment such as VDA systems is advantageous
18. Ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment
19. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
20. Friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills
