Base pay range

Join The Hydro-X Training Team as a Business Support Assistant.

Salary: Up to £24,000 per year, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hemel Hempstead, England

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:


* Supporting with day-to-day admin
* Uploading reports and inputting data accurately into internal systems
* Communicating with clients and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly
* Organising and preparing meeting rooms
* Sorting and allocating deliveries
* Managing documents, booking appointments, and keeping things organised
* Dealing with office jobs such as meetings booking and deliveries

What we're looking for:

* Strong admin and organisational skills
* A good eye for detail and the ability to multitask
* Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* A team player with a can-do attitude
