Are you a seasoned SQL Developer or DBA ready to take ownership of a high-performing data environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly shape scalable systems, support real-time business needs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative tech team powering a .NET-based application ecosystem, with full responsibility for the data layer from architecture to delivery.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Architect and optimize SQL-based data solutions
* Troubleshoot performance issues (slow queries, deadlocks, spikes)
* Design schemas from business requirements
* Monitor live systems and respond to critical issues
* Support reporting and data fixes across the business
* Develop and maintain BI solutions (Power BI, semantic models)
* Enhance compliance workflows and manage data assets in Azure
🧠 What You’ll Bring
✅ Strong SQL skills: query tuning, execution plans, lock management
✅ Experience in schema design and real-time performance troubleshooting
✅ Excellent communication and documentation abilities
✅ Familiarity with Azure SQL, Data Lake, and storage
✅ Bonus: Power BI, DAX, ETL, NoSQL, GDPR awareness
