NPD Technologist / Development Chef - BAKERY 📍 Greater Manchester 💰 Up to £36,000 🕒 Full Time | Permanent A well-established and growing bakery manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced NPD Lead to support product development activity across a fast-paced and customer-focused bakery operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and highly organised food professional to take ownership of the NPD function within a business supplying innovative bakery products into major retail and foodservice channels. The Role: Reporting into senior leadership, the NPD Lead will be responsible for managing the development process from concept through to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within specification and aligned to customer expectations.
