As a family-owned and family-run business, we’ve grown to 24 showrooms across the UK, built an award-winning franchise network and earned a reputation for quality, exceptional service and beautiful, design-led spaces. We’re continuing to grow and are looking for a Marketing Manager to help take us into our next chapter.
This is a role for someone who loves brand, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is excited by the idea of shaping the marketing strategy for both a national luxury brand and a network of entrepreneurial local franchisees.
The role
Reporting to the managing director, the Marketing Manager will lead, plan and execute the national marketing strategy for Ripples. Supported by the specialist freelancers and an in-house Marketing Executive, you’ll manage day-to-day activity across digital, brand, PR, advertising and content, while acting as a trusted partner to our franchise network.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Strategic planning – shaping yearly strategies that drive brand awareness, enquiries and showroom growth
* Digital marketing – overseeing website content, paid media, social strategy, email marketing and analytics, while managing specialist freelancers across these areas
* Brand management – owning the visual identity, brand guardianship and consistency across all touchpoints
* PR & communications – working with journalists to secure high-quality editorial coverage
* Content creation – producing copy, campaigns, influencer collaborations, brochures, videos and case studies that showcase our expertise
* Franchise support – guiding 24+ showrooms on local marketing activity, providing toolkits, training and ongoing consultancy
* Supplier partnerships – collaborating with our product suppliers to create joint marketing opportunities and co‑funded campaigns
* Budget ownership – managing annual budgets and ensuring spend drives ROI
