We’re now looking to recruit a superstar Sous Chef to support
with the daily leadership of our Kitchen brigade from the front, making us the
go to foodie destination in York.
The Job
Working 45 hours per week, you’ll get to support in the day to day
running of our kitchen whilst training your team in the way that you see fit.
You’ll help in sourcing the best produce from the best local suppliers around
and use them to create dishes that inspire wonder.
We’ll invest

own dishes? Or maybe enhance your leadership skills over a great brigade! Let

A bit about you
You are food obsessed. You love fine dining as much as you love a good
burger- and take pride in cooking to either to perfection. You understand
seasonality and sustainability in the kitchen. You understand what British
produce is all about, and love to present the most beautiful plates around.
You’ll also have a good understanding of the Brighton food scene.
You understand how the kitchen works, from top to bottom. And most of
all- you love your team- you know how to train, motivate and lead by example.
You are hands on and love spending your time in the kitchen, not in front of a
computer.
