Trainee Health & Social Care Assessor | Portsmouth & Surrounding Areas
Home-Based with travel | Full Training Provided | £27,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity:
* Train to become an Assessor (no prior experience required)
* Work from home with local travel
* Support learners completing health & social care apprenticeships
* Move into a Monday–Friday role with control over your diary
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach and mentor Health & Social Care learners
* Complete reviews and workplace observations
* Support learners to achieve qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above)
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Passion for developing others
* Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
