🔍 What you’ll be doing
* Leading end-to-end audit engagements across Tech clients
* Acting as a trusted advisor and primary client contact
* Reviewing audit work onsite and ensuring technical excellence
* Managing a diverse portfolio (audit, accounts, tax exposure)
* Supporting advisory projects (KPI benchmarking, growth strategy, structuring)
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performance culture
* Driving efficiency, quality, and commercial insight across engagements
🧠 What we’re looking for
* ACA / ACCA qualified
* Proven experience at Audit Manager level (Top 20 firm preferred)
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS and audit standards
* Experience with financial services and/or technology clients
* Commercial mindset with interest in business development
* A collaborative leader who enjoys building teams and client relationships
