Rate: £29.38 PAYE/37.71 Umbrella
Term: Temp - initially for 3 months

What You'll Do:
As the Team Manager for Children's Services, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the well-being and development of children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team of professionals
Overseeing the delivery of high-quality services
Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness

Proven experience in a managerial role within children's services
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Youth Justice experience
