Experienced Senior Cleaning Professional – (Warehouse and Production)
Part-Time 10 hours per week (BS2 St Philips).
Monday to Friday, 2 Hours Per Day. Hours can be worked between 5:30pm & 9:30pm £14.00 per hour.
Aery is a Sustainable Home Fragrance Brand based in the heart of the city. We're a small and friendly team with ambitious goals, serious about the environment, fragrance, design, and wellbeing.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join us in BS2 St Philips. This role covers three sites on nearby roads, including our main office, warehouse, and production areas. This is an in-house position, meaning you'll be a valued member of the wider Aery team who helps us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where everyone can do their best work.
This position is well-suited to someone who is comfortable working independently. Following full induction and training, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your role and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-standard cleaning across office, warehouse, and production areas.
· Ensure floors are consistently clean by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
· Maintain a tidy and hygienic workspace by dusting and sanitising surfaces, machinery, workbenches, and fixtures.
· In the main offices: clean desks, meeting rooms, reception, and shared spaces to create a professional and welcoming environment.
· Thoroughly clean kitchens, toilets, and communal areas to maintain hygiene standards.
· Empty and manage bins and recycling containers in line with company practices.
· Regularly sanitise high-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles, light switches, equipment).
· Report any maintenance, safety, or hygiene concerns promptly and uphold health and safety protocols.
About You
· Previous cleaning experience in a similar role is essential.
· Must live in Bristol or the surrounding area be able to get between sites.
· Car driver preferred to get between sites.
· Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
· High attention to detail with a proactive approach.
· Confident to work alone and take responsibility for the premises. This role requires working without direct supervision, so self-motivation and reliability are key.
· Flexible with hours – ideally working at the end of the day 5:30 – 9:30 pm but between 6–8am might be considered.
· Responsible and trustworthy, with the ability to open or lock up premises.
