Permanent Trade Counter/Sales Support Administrator required for locally homegrown business based in Lisburn. Duties will include: Dealing with client telephone queries to include providing quotations, taking orders and upselling products. Trade Counter Providing an effective response to clients needs in a professional manner Maintain, develop, and grow client relationships t Updating and maintaining client details onto SAP systems All associated administration Essential Criteria: Previous similar Trade Counter/Sales Support experience working within a busy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills The success candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise work to ensure an efficient and effective customer service is provided at all times Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP would be desirable Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous Hours of Work: (1 in 2 Fridays off) Week 1: Monday Friday 8.00 am. 5.00 pm.
