We’re recruiting casual physiotherapists and sports therapists to join our medical team, providing matchday and training session support for our Girls’ Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performance setting, working alongside experienced professionals and supporting the development of future talent. In this role, you’ll deliver pitch-side assessment and immediate care for acute injuries, communicate management plans to coaches, and ensure all injuries, treatment plans, and outcome measures are accurately documented.
We’re looking for committed individuals who can cover a minimum of two weekend fixtures per month throughout the season.

About you
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of elite young professional footballers. You will be highly motivated, reliable and proactive with a flexible approach to working hours as the hours will be predominantly evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
For Physiotherapist roles:
* BSc Physiotherapy degree
* Membership with the Society of Physiotherapy
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* FA Safeguarding certificate
* A valid and up-to-date Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football or equivalent (or willing to obtain ahead of start date)
For Sports Therapist roles:
* BSc Sports Therapy degree
* Membership with the Society of Sports Therapy
* FA Safeguarding certificate
* A valid and up-to-date Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football or equivalent (or willing to obtain ahead of start date)
