The role
Deliver and promote excellent Herefordshire Council Customer Service to the community in line with Corporate Customer Service Standards and the Talk Community strategic approach.
What will you be doing?
Effectively handle and resolve customer enquiries through telephone, face-to-face, and digital channels, providing excellent service.
About You
As a Customer Services Officer, you will be flexible, able to deliver advice and services for the council and partners. Front-line experience, excellent communication, and a passion for helping the public are essential. You should relate well to the community. GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, and a recognized computer skills certificate (ECDL) or equivalent are also required.
