Good level of education To be competent in all aspects of administration tasks and have good organisational skills Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time) Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills Experience gained within a social housing environment is advantageous.
