About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Support pupils as they complete set tasks
* Gain hands-on experience in schools - perfect for aspiring teachers, counsellors, or education professionals
What We're Looking For
You don't need formal teaching qualifications - just:
* Confidence working with young people
* Strong communication skills
* A positive, professional attitude
* Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
* Experience in education, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or similar roles (desirable but not essential)
