At Meadow View we are looking for engaging and positive Support Workers to join our team to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a more independent, dignified and happy life. The people we support all have different interests and therefore we are looking for flexible and open minded support workers to support with activities such as walking, days out to the cinema or visits to the seaside to name a few.
On a daily basis you will have a strong support network from the management team at Meadow View. We are a proactive team and work in partnership to ensure the best support for staff is provided, so don't worry if you are new to care, there is always someone you can turn to.
