Mobile compliance vehicle technician

Our client, a leading organisation in the vehicle maintenance industry, is seeking a skilled Mobile Compliance Technician to join their team in Barking.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £38,000.00 per annum

Opportunity to earn up to £42,000.00 including bonus

Paid door-to-door for maximum earning potential

Working on a rota basis across various sites in East London

Company van for business use only

Full training and ongoing support provided

Duties:

Organise, plan and carry out routine compliance inspections at customer locations

Conduct service inspections of vehicle ancillary equipment using PDA software

Prepare accurate and timely service reports for supervisors and controllers

Maintain digital records of work undertaken and certification submissions

Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal downtime

Manage stock and supplies of consumables and fast-moving parts with assistance from your team supervisor

Keep company vehicle clean, tidy, and in a safe, serviceable condition

Ensure all work is completed to high standards and vehicles or equipment are only released once safe and operational

Complete health and safety training, including Risk Assessments and COSHH management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic, Technician, or LCV Technician

Strong understanding of vehicle compliance procedures

Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence and experience in using PDA software for inspections

Flexible approach to working across multiple sites in East London
