Randstad is looking for a patient and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a passionate school in Stockport where the emphasis is placed on growing, learning and fulfilling the potential of every child. You'll get to work at a school whose aim is to create a secure and inspiring environment for every child.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
2. Encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage all pupils in activities.
3. Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement.
4. Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
Requirements
5. Enhanced child DBS (we can also help you with the process if you don't possess one)
6. Experience with children
7. Patience to support pupils to understand the teacher's lessons and engage children with activities planned by the teacher.
8. Actively work with teachers and parents to chart the development of students.
9. Eligibility to work in the UK ( No Sponsorship Provided )
