About the Activities Coordinator Role:
* Work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives, supporting colleagues and enjoying the process
* Organize leisure and social activities to promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing
* Get creative and introduce new activities, sharing your ideas
* Be kind and supportive to residents, families, and colleagues to excel as an Activities Coordinator
Required Skills:
* Teamwork — a happy team creates happy residents and a happy home
* Experience is not essential; we will support you with training, but caring, enthusiasm, and energy are important
* Good communication skills and a flexible approach
* Genuine care for older people, respecting their dignity and needs
