Job Description:
The role of a Clinical Support Specialist in our team involves promoting a range of gynaecology and urology devices to key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the territory. This position requires providing customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of company products and surgical techniques.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise on appropriate sales leads.
* Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols, and relevant competitor activity.
* Support the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team, which may involve teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching, or involvement in the induction training programme.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience specifically in female healthcare.
* Full clean driving license.
* Specific experience in urology and gynaecology devices is essential.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at an advanced level.
* Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others in a clinical environment.
