We are currently supporting a prestigious global consultancy in their search for highly experienced Temenos Infinity professionals to support major digital banking transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join elite delivery teams working with tier-1 financial institutions across multiple international locations.
Our client is seeking either a Solution Architect or a Lead Developer with exceptional technical depth and leadership experience in Temenos Infinity—particularly in cloud-native environments, systems integration, and API-first design.
🔧 Key Requirements:
Technical Expertise & Experience
* Temenos Infinity: In-depth knowledge of the platform architecture, deployment models, and functional capabilities
* Cloud-Native Development: Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices on OpenShift, AWS, or Azure
* Integration with Core Banking Systems: Specific knowledge of integrating Temenos Infinity with Transact (T24) using APIs, IRIS, and middleware
* API-First Design: Strong skills in RESTful API development, using OpenAPI/Swagger/YAML standards
* Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
* Languages: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
Solution Architecture
* Proven track record designing scalable, secure, and high-performance digital banking solutions
* Ownership of full Temenos Infinity architecture across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
* Risk identification and mitigation around technical decisions, especially relating to integration with Transact
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
* Architectural Leadership: Ability to lead technical strategy and provide mentorship to delivery teams
* Scope & Governance: Maintain architectural discipline and scope alignment throughout project phases
* Client Facing: Strong ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging across executive, product, and development teams on-site
Problem Solving & Delivery
* Troubleshooting and performance optimization for Infinity-based solutions
* Experience resolving architectural and development challenges in high-pressure environments
* Collaborative approach with PMs, BAs, and QA teams to deliver cohesive solutions
