This can be calls from parents, contractors, schools, passenger assistants etc They will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft, Teams, and internal software applications. General Data entry and maintaining accurate records. They will be planning route evaluations. Using mapping software to determine transport suitability.
