Formal training or certification on cloud software development concepts and proficient advanced experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on development practices such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps. Advanced in one or more programming language(s) - Java, Python or Go. An understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices design. Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills AWS, Azure or Google certification. Comfortable working in an environment where pairing and Software Teaming are common practices to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Experience with Spec by Example to ensure high-quality software delivery. Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication in a global environment. Experience collaborating with architects to align on technical strategies and ensure architectural integrity in software solutions. Experience of Kubernetes.
