As a key member of the Retail Creative Services team, the Product Visual Designer will contribute to the creation of high-impact digital assets that bring products to life across key customer touchpoint and directly reporting to Head of Retail Creative Services. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and detail-oriented designer with a strong product mindset, able to translate product insight into clear, engaging visual storytelling that improves customer understanding and drives conversion, while aligning with the company’s brand and commercial objectives.
What you will do
1. Design and deliver product-focused digital creative, with a primary emphasis on product page imagery for the owned ecommerce website and third-party marketplaces.
2. Translate product features, benefits, and brand positioning into clear visual solutions for new product launches, using illustration, 3D, and AI-assisted visualization techniques where appropriate to enhance clarity and impact.
3. Collaborate closely with photography, motion, and video creatives to shape creative direction and deliver cohesive, multi-format assets.
4. Maintain creative quality, brand consistency, and accuracy across all digital outputs, adhering to established brand guidelines and marketplace requirements.
5. Apply emerging tools and technologies thoughtfully to support ideation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within product-focused creative workflows.
What you should bring
6. 2+ years of hands-on experience producing high-quality, product-led digital visuals for ecommerce sites and major marketplace environments, supported by a strong portfolio or equivalent professional experience.
7. Strong understanding of digital design principles and ecommerce image requirements, with the ability to create effective, performance-optimised product-led creative.
8. Curiosity and working familiarity with 3D, AI-assisted, and emerging visualisation or illustration workflows to enhance product storytelling and feature visualisation.
9. Strong working knowledge of industry-standard design tools ( Adobe Creative Suite), alongside experience with AI generative tools to support and enhance creative workflows.
10. Proactive, reliable, and well organised, able to take ownership of work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver to a high standard in fast-paced environments, with high attention to detail across all touchpoints.
11. Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working independently and collaboratively with creative peers and wider stakeholders, and up to date with industry, ecommerce, and design trends.
