What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £31,891 for a 40 hour full time permanent position. Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Bridgend with a trades office base in Swansea Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight. As a Damp and Mould Technician, you’ll play a key role in improving the quality of homes by providing essential repairs and advice to customers. You’ll be part of the Pobl Repairs team, based in Swansea, and report to the Repairs Supervisor. This mobile role means you'll be on the move, visiting customers in their homes to carry out important repairs and maintenance. The role is key in ensuring we deliver high quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to a better living environment for our tenants. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of hands on skills and a passion for great customer service!
