As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you’ll join a team of high-performing consultants who are specialists within their core markets, supporting recruitment delivery across domestic and international client projects. The successful applicant will have access to industry-leading tools and technology, enabling you to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Writing and posting engaging job adverts based on client briefs Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms Market mapping and talent pooling within specialist Life Sciences and Tech markets Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Preparing candidate shortlists and coordinating interview processes Providing candidate feedback and supporting offer management Assisting with onboarding and candidate aftercare Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver against client requirements Your Skills: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the technical engineering space.
