Customer Service Advisor - Polish Speaking (fixed-term)
Job Description
Join our seasonal Customer Service Advisor team and be at the heart of supporting LEGO fans during our busiest season. We love helping our fans and supporting our Play Promise through engaging and effective customer service.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2026. You will respond to LEGO fans worldwide during peak season, handling inquiries via phone and email about orders, returns, digital experiences, and more. We offer a competitive salary, performance bonuses, comprehensive training, and a hybrid work model with up to three days remote work per week.
Ideal Candidate
You are energetic, compassionate, fluent in English and Polish, and capable of maintaining composure in challenging situations. You enjoy building relationships and solving problems using IT tools.
Responsibilities
* Respond to consumer inquiries in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
* Engage with consumers via phone and email on various topics including orders, returns, and product information.
* Build positive relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner.
* Assess and resolve issues using various tools and programs.
* Work flexible shifts, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service.
