Excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a leading regional law firm.
Our client is a well-established law firm with offices spread throughout the South. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client team in Oxford.
The role will involve providing full administrative support to the Partner/Head of Department in the Oxford office. Duties will include:
* Audio-typing
* Administrative support including: file opening, document production, filing/archiving, retrieval of files, photocopying, email management, cheque requests, and dealing with post
* Typing standard and non-standard letters
* Drafting documents, using appropriate precedents and templates
* Liaising with clients over the phone and in person to respond to enquiries
* Arranging and scheduling meetings and other appointments, etc.
To be considered, you must be an experienced secretary with an interest in this area of law.
