Take the lead in luxury yacht procurement

In this strategic role, you'll take ownership of key spend categories, driving sourcing strategies that deliver long-term value across quality, cost, innovation, and sustainability. You'll lead supplier negotiations, manage critical relationships, and influence decisions that directly impact our world-class production — with the autonomy to shape how things are done and access to excellent learning and development opportunities to support your continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business and NPD goals
* Lead sourcing and RFx processes, negotiate best-value deals
* Create, negotiate and manage supplier contracts and resolve disputes across the contract lifecycle
* Build strong supplier relationships and mitigate supply chain risks
* Collaborate with purchasing on demand planning, supply continuity, and issue resolution
* Support data-driven procurement decisions and master data accuracy
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in Category Management, ideally in manufacturing or engineering
* Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management
* Business or Engineering qualification (CIPS desirable)
* Confident with ERP/S2P systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word)
* Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive attitude, data-driven mindset, and outcome-focused approach
