Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours (Part-Time Available)

Are you a Registered Nurse (Adult) – RMN, RN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Adult Pharmacist?
This hybrid role gives you the flexibility to work from home while attending site-based assessments in St Austell.
What Does Hybrid Working Mean?
50% Home-Based – Conduct assessments remotely via telephone or video.
50% Site-Based in St Austell – Attend local site for in-person assessments.
Strictly for professionals based in or near St Austell to ensure required site visits can be made.

Your Role:
PIP Disability Assessor
Conduct Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments for the DWP.
Evaluate how health conditions impact claimants’ daily activities and mobility.
Complete detailed medical reports for decision-making.
Assess claimants via telephone, video, or face-to-face consultations.
WCA Disability Assessor
Conduct Work Capacity Assessments (WCA) to assess a claimant’s ability to work.
Review medical evidence and engage with claimants to understand their limitations.
Use clinical expertise to write fair, structured reports for the DWP.
What You Need:
HCPC/NMC registration (Minimum one year post-registration experience in adult healthcare).
For Adult Pharmacists – Must have at least 1 year of patient-facing experience with assessment/triaging experience in either a Hospital or Community setting.
Strictly for adult-registered clinicians:
Nurses: RGN, RN, RNLD, RMN
Allied Health: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and IT skills.
