About the role
As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting with delivery of the Retail Integration Programme. This role will support the HRBP team in the delivery of the programme, working closely with Regional and Area Retail Managers, IT, ER, L&D and People Services teams to ensure a smooth transfer process and positive employee experience.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Must Haves:
* Experience working as a HR specialist and on HR projects.
* Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders
* Strong relationship skills; strong communicator ability to navigate a matrixed, complex organisation
* Work collaboratively, delivering through others and holding them to account to deliver high quality outcomes
* Project management and experience in managing/ coordinating programmes
* Ability to adapt, deal with ambiguity, learn quickly
* Restless curiosity, learning from within and the external market to continually push the boundaries to improve our employee experience.
* Ability to work at pace and under pressure
