Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE + Commission (OTE £29,000 - £31,000)

About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be the first point of contact within a busy showroom, delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales, administration, coordination and light marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage showroom visitors, handling enquiries in person and by phone
Capture leads and book appointments for the design team
Provide administrative support including diary management, emails and paperwork
Liaise with customers, installers and suppliers to support smooth project delivery
Process payments, follow up balances and assist with basic sales reporting
Support marketing activity including social media, events and customer reviews
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment
Requirements / Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proactive team player with a positive attitude
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + commission after probation
Full-time showroom-based role with structured working hours
Two Saturdays per month with a weekday off in lieu
