With impressive growth and a client base stacked with some of the UKs biggest and most ambitious contractor payroll and compliance operators, theyre now building out their marketing firepower, and thats where you come in.
The Role
This isnt a role where youre just doing the socials or churning out email templates someone else has written. This is a chance to be the marketing heartbeat of the business, planning, creating, and optimising campaigns that actually move the needle.
Youll be reporting directly to the CEO, with plenty of autonomy to make your mark. One week you could be launching a content-led campaign to drive inbound leads, the next youre revamping the website, and the week after, youre producing slick collateral that sales cant wait to use.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the companys voice across social media
Keep the website fresh, engaging, and optimised (basic CMS skills a bonus)
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns that actually get opened and clicked
Create content that resonates including blogs, case studies, infographics, and email sequences
Work closely with sales and ops to make sure marketing is directly fuelling pipeline
Produce impactful collateral including brochures, PDFs, and pitch decks
Track and report on campaign performance, making tweaks to improve results
Collaborate with agencies and freelancers when you need extra firepower
Guard the brand to make sure everything looks, feels, and sounds consistent
About You
Youre an experienced marketer whos just as comfortable writing a killer subject line as you are briefing a designer or diving into campaign analytics. You want variety, ownership, and to see the impact of your work in real time.
Youll need:
2+ years of marketing experience (in-house or agency), ideally B2B
A solid grasp of digital channels including social, email, content, and SEO
Confident with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Sharp copywriting skills that can flex between audiences
A data-led approach to improving campaigns
Strong organisation and project juggling skills
A collaborative, lets make it happen attitude
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the construction, contractor, or compliance world
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar
