Packing Team Members - Starting from £27,500 Per Annum + Benefits (Full time, Permanent)

Our Golborne site, located on the East Lancs Road (WA 3 3JD, 5 mins from J22 or J23 M6), employs over 270 staff who produce various packaging solutions on a 24/7 basis for major international clients.
We are looking for successful candidates to join our established team of Packing Operatives, working across multiple 24/7 machines. Candidates should have previous or current experience in a busy manufacturing environment, be aware of H&S standards, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Operating packing machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
* Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards
* Adhering to health and safety regulations
Candidate profile:
* Reliable, self-motivated, and resourceful
* Proactive, methodical, and accurate in work approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Quick learner with a focus on safety
Working hours:
12-hour day and night shifts (6:00 am to 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am). Please note that day shifts start at 6:00 am, and public transport options may vary depending on location.
